MPG Talent Search Engineer
Jodi on Jodi: I have approximately 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry comprised of both temporary and direct hire placement. In 2009 I segued into the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences space and it’s my absolute favorite space to work in. It’s very rewarding for me when a client is thrilled with the candidate I found for them and the candidate is overjoyed with their new position.
Why recruiting? The “thrill of the hunt!” My Dad loved to fish and my siblings and I grew up doing a lot of fishing. I remember how exciting it was feeling that tug on my line and then reeling a fish in! It’s kind of the same with recruiting. I feel that recruiting really suits me because it closely parallels my greatest passion in the spiritual. Jesus said, “follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” š
If I wasn’t recruiting: I’d be⦠A street preacher
After hours: I love reading my Bible, praying, worshipping, outreach, laughing, biking, hiking, mountain climbing
In 10 years, I’ll be: I don’t know what my life will be like tomorrow. I am just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.
