Jodi on Jodi: I have approximately 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry comprised of both temporary and direct hire placement. In 2009 I segued into the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences space and it’s my absolute favorite space to work in. It’s very rewarding for me when a client is thrilled with the candidate I found for them and the candidate is overjoyed with their new position.
Why recruiting? The “thrill of the hunt!” My Dad loved to fish and my siblings and I grew up doing a lot of fishing. I remember how exciting it was feeling that tug on my line and then reeling a fish in! It’s kind of the same with recruiting. I feel that recruiting really suits me because it closely parallels my greatest passion in the spiritual. Jesus said, “follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” 😊

Annie on Annie. I’m passionate about recruiting, even though I never thought I would be in staffing! I’ve had many years of experience as a generalist, but my specialty is identifying top talent for sales, finance, administrative and accounting roles.
Why recruiting? The harder to fill, the better. Bring it on. I love the challenge of finding the right candidate for tough to fill orders. And I enjoy helping candidates find a position they love. Why you Love Recruiting: For me, it is definitely building relationships with my clients. There isn’t a better feeling than to build a solid foundation with a client and they reach out to you first because they know, without a doubt, you will get the job done RIGHT and get it done SWIFTLY.

Favorite thing to do when you are NOT recruiting: I love to workout. Fitness has always been a part of my life ever since I was young. I also love going to breweries and wineries. It’s fun to try new craft beers around New England and see new areas along the way. I also love to golf. This summer I found myself golfing more, and able to build my skills (and seeing beautiful courses is a plus).
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I see myself owning a house, continuing to build my career, and having traveled to a few new places.
About yourself: I’m originally from Georgia and attended college in Alabama. After graduation I moved back to Atlanta to start my career. I’m big on family and building long lasting friendships.
Why you Love Recruiting: I enjoy recruiting because of the diverse set of challenges that come along with this business. About yourself: Fun loving friend, boyfriend, neighbor and Dad who grew in Worcester, Mass and moved west settling in a private redwood canyon with a view 20 minutes north of San Francisco in Marin County, gods’ country. Thankfully my two kids and I still enjoy all that the New England summers have to offer when visiting my extended family’s waterfront cottage on Lake Sunapee, NH. I grew up summers there as a kid and always enjoyed frequent trips to Cape Cod as well. I’ve been decades in California, but once a New Englander…always a New Englander!
Why you Love Recruiting: As a 20-year full desk Life Science recruiter I find great inspiration and satisfaction in creating new opportunities for folks to challenge and advance their careers. Realizing you have helped the client fill a key role and guided your candidates often difficult journey culminating in an accepted offer, all coming to a successful conclusion by matching the right person with an awesome new job, is unbelievably satisfying!

Favorite thing to do when you are NOT recruiting: Living in California I enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, taking advantage of our beautiful surroundings and natural resources. Lots of hiking, skiing in the Sierra, sailing on SF Bay and mountain biking on Mt. Tamalpias, where I live in Marin County. Additional I enjoy the vibrant local culture with its abundant live music scene, many well-known west coast rock bands originated here in Marin County where their legacy lives on today. Finally, sending time with family, friends and loved ones!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I’d love to still be recruiting part time as I share my time with semi-retirement!
About yourself: Born and raised in central Massachusetts, I am a Suffolk University graduate from the Class of 2021. I pursued a degree in marketing with a minor in management. I have played baseball my entire life and have a passion for all sports.
