Chris Kennedy

Senior Investment Recruiter

Chris is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She moved to Boston, and jumped in feet first as a consultant with Fanning Personnel, specializing in the placement of permanent staff in the financial services industry. Chris has worked for more than 25 years with many of Boston’s premier financial firms, which include small and large asset management firms, hedge funds, investment banking and brokerage firms. Chris has been a staffing resource for the growing array of companies in the financial sector in Boston, and her network of referrals has helped to expand our financial division.

Lindsay Flynn

VP Divisional Manager

Lindsay completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1999. She joined Fanning in February of 2006 to work a financial services/accounting desk where she places a wide array of professionals. Lindsay has built strong relationships with several firms in both Boston and the Metro West area. In addition, her referral network from both her client companies and candidates has grown dramatically over the last few years. Since joining the MPG team, Lindsay is acting as the Boston Office – Divisional Manger and while continuing to work a full recruiting desk is also continuing to grow her team.

Lynn Tyburski

Senior Investment Recruiter

As a Senior Investment Recruiter, Lynn partnered with a boutique staffing agency assisting Investment Professionals in identifying opportunities for their career development. She has maintained strong client relationships within the Boston investment community for over 20 years. She works closely with hiring managers and human resources to define and create job specifications and candidate qualifications. She coordinates and executes interviews, assess candidates and negotiate compensation packages.

Adam Cordiero

Senior Investment Recruiter

Adam is a 1992 UMASS- Amherst graduate who also received his Accounting degree from Northeastern University in 1994. Prior to his career as a Recruiter, Adam spent 12 years as an Accountant/Financial Analyst. In 2006, Adam left the world of accounting and finance to become a Recruiter, helping a West Coast agency establish their Boston office. He joined Fanning in 2009 and has repeatedly received high marks from his client companies and candidates alike while working with them on their hiring needs and career development respectively.

Tim Hanson

Senior Financial Recruiter

Tim is a Senior Financial recruiter at Fanning, where he has been an integral part of the team for the last several years. Prior to joining the firm, Tim spent most of his career in Business Development and Client Service in various industries, honing his skills to become an expert in relationship management and development. Tim holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and finance as well as his MBA from Coastal Carolina University. A native of the area, Tim has lived in many different regions, however, now resides back home here in Boston’s South End with his wife and newborn baby, as well as their two rambunctious dogs, Teddy and Jack.
