About yourself: I’m originally from Cape Cod, MA and made the move up to Buffalo, NY when I was 12 years old. Being a diehard Boston sports fan did not fare well when I was trying to make new friends! I have 2 beautiful daughters, Madigan & Maeve, happily married to my wife, Caitlin Connolly of 4 years.
Why you Love Recruiting: I love changing people’s lives. When I first started in the industry, I didn’t fully understand what I was doing. About yourself: I was born and raised in Cazenovia, NY. A small town on the outskirts of Syracuse. Being a small town, I was forced to make good friends that I still have to this day. My parents told me when I was in school that’d id have to work or get into sports for something to do after school, so I grew up playing and loving sports. My favorites that I stuck with were lacrosse, basketball, and football. After high school I attended college for 1 year and decided it was not for me. I acquired a job at NAPA and worked my way up to dispatcher and then made the switch to Masis in early 2023. I still reside in Cazenovia with my girlfriend Brynn.
Why you Love Recruiting: Once I learned what recruiting was it always seemed like something I would want to do.
